IT is important to be able to understand your skin's type and characteristics so that you can treat it accordingly and bring back a balance, but these may change.

SKIN may be drier during the winter, and may be prone to oiliness and breakouts at different times of the month or because of a change of diet or lifestyle.

SMOKING , too much alcohol, and not enough sleep can all have a negative impact on the skin's health, making it look dull and dehydrated, while stress can trigger sensitivity and lead to outbreaks of eczema.


重要的是能夠識別你的皮膚的特點,以便可以對其進行相應的治療和恢復平衡,但接受這些將不會保持不變。

皮膚乾燥可能是在冬季比夏季更多,可能會有突破油性和在不同的時間, 在每月或因改變飲食或生活方式。

Tired? always feel very tired.... why?

#1. Don't Over-Eat: You may be surprised but eating a meal really fast & more than you can digest at one time can drain your energy levels for the next 2+ hours while your body is trying to make up for the digestion that should have been slower with more chewing. So the key is take your time and if you can't just take the food with you and eat a little bit at a time .

#2. Sleep by 10pm: Did you know that we achieve the best sleep from the hours of 10pm-6am? If you're able to consistently sleep at these times you will get the most restful sleep possible. In addition to this make sure not to eat anything within 3 hours of bed-time. This causes your body to keep working while you sleep.

Itchy ski ? Dry skin can happen any time during the year.
Why your skin tends to be dry in winter and how to solve it?

# 1  Moisturize After Showers or Hand Washing
# 2  Skip the Drying Soaps
# 3  Dry air  or other heating sources also suck the moisture out of skin
# 4  keep your showers short
# 5  skipping hot tubs
# 6  Wash hands in lukewarm, never hot water
# 7  Licking your lips will not moisturize them and instead will help dry them out

Eye puffiness may also be caused by:

#1 Oversleeping
#2 Excess salt encourages fluid retention and may lead to puffy eyes.
#3 Alcohol and tobacco contain toxins that may lead to stress, fatigue, and hormonal changes; all of which may lead to fluid retention and swelling around the eyes.
#4 As a person grows older, the skin around the eyes becomes thinner and may swell or droop.


How to improve Puffiness of Eyes :
  • Raise the head of your bed at night. This helps prevent fluids from accumulating around your eyes as you sleep.
  • Place damp tea bags over eyes for about 20 minutes. Chamomile tea is better because it has anti-inflammatory properties that will help reduce the puff.
  • Exercise for Eye Puffiness - Place your three fingers under the eye, pull down, and try to close your eyes. Hold for 10 seconds and release. Repeat for 5 times. This exercise is for removing the puffiness below the eyes.
  • Use an ice pack over your eyes for as long as you can stand it. This will lessen the look of fatigue and puffiness. Chilled cucumbers may achieve the same result.

Why we have dark circles under our eyes??
  • Dark Circles under eyes are generally due to a lack of sleep, fatigue(疲勞), stress or some disease.
  • Dark circles may be hereditary(遺傳).
  • Dark circles under eyes may also be due to aging which thins the skin around the eyes.
How we can minimize dark circles under our eyes??
#1: Drink at least ten glasses of water everyday.
#2: Eight hours of sleep is a must for all of us.
#3: Close your eyes and cover your eyelids with slices of raw potato or cucumber for 15-20 minutes. Wash with warm water and apply a cream.

Red Meat  People feel good and strong right after the consumption of red meat. This is a bit strange because the energy of meat consists of proteins and they take 4 - 6 hours to digest. Therefore the immediate effect must be a stimulant.This effect can be caused by the stimulating elements the meat contains. A well known theory is that when animals are being killed, the animals know that it's about to happen. This activates the production of adrenaline which fuels their blood with fear hormones. These are incredibly stimulating and it is impossible to remove all of them from the meat (and milk).  Animals are also injected with hormones that can stimulate too. Substitute:   fish.

Beside the daily skin care & whitening product, you can also consider to go for other more natural method  ...

* Drink a glass of  water with 1 slice of lemon. why ?
* Eat tomato, watermelon , strawberry, apple, kiwi , sesame.

p.s.
 Commit to wearing sun screen every day. If you are not willing to protect you skin from the sun, all the time you spend trying to whiten your skin will be wasted.
